Just as Giovanni did when he called 15 people into his first workshop to help make his tortellini, today the quality of our products lies in creativity, flavour and the hands of everyone who works with us.

To shape our ideas, we have to constantly re-evaluate and update our production processes. In the majority of cases, we find ourselves inventing machines that didn’t exist beforehand, getting involved in the design phase and even in the technical development. We are really proud of this approach that sets us apart! This way of working is a non-stop journey towards excellence. It doesn’t have a fixed destination. Rather, it is a lifestyle choice that impacts the way we work. This is only possible thanks to the incredible passion that unites all those who work within our pasta factory, whatever their role.

Hundreds of recipes are produced at our pasta-making factories and, to date, we still haven’t discovered our favourite!

Nothing makes us as happy as food: preparing it with enthusiasm, tasting it, and tasting it once again! Our aim is to continuously create new recipes that satisfy all taste buds, all over the world.

To create products that fulfil people’s needs in an ever more successful way, we are always listening to new ideas. We are eager to find out what those who serve our products at the dinner table think about them and want from them. This is why we are exploring new taste experiences on a daily basis.

THE SATISFACTION OF CHOICE

Our ingredients are our most valuable assets, equal only to the people who make up our extended family. We choose, analyse and taste every single one of our raw materials to guarantee quality and authenticity. We prepare the carefully selected vegetables ourselves.

We use whole cheese rounds. We have only ever chosen whole pieces of meat. Because as Mr Giovanni says, “I don’t put anything in my products that I wouldn’t give to my grandchildren”.

Every ingredient that we use is put to the taste test before being included in our cooking and preparation. It is a commitment that we fulfil to ensure the quality of our products first-hand.

FRESHNESS CANNOT WAIT

To guarantee the freshness of our products, we try to reduce the amount of time between the arrival and use of our ingredients to a minimum.

That’s why we love tasting and tinkering, exploring and experimenting, to create the most exciting pasta dishes around.

WE ARE CRAZY FOR QUALITY

Before giving the go-ahead for the pasteurisation process, the person whose responsibility it is to check how the pasta reacts during and after cooking is always there for the final check. A small amount of pasta is taken from the conveyor belts, cooked, and tasted right then and there, at the table on wheels. All this, before moving on to the next line to be checked... It is a journey based on specific and delicious stop-offs!
