Cheese filled gnocchi with caramelized pear and dry fruits
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Gnocchi with cheese filling
- 500 g quince paste
- 200 g dry fruits
- extra virgin olive oil
- caramelized pears
METHOD
Heat a bit of butter or extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, place the gnocchi in the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stir from time to time to obtain a uniform golden crust. Place the gnocchi on a tray along with the quince paste, the caramelized pears and dried fruits.
