PESTO CAPRESE SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- 1 container Pesto Sauce without Garlic Giovanni Rana
- 500 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
METHOD
Stack the mozzarella and tomatoes either on individual plates or on a large platter. Drizzle wth olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and dollop with pesto.
