Salad Niçoise with Tomato and Mozzarella gnocchi
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Tomato and mozzarella Gnocchi
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g green beans
- 3 anchovies in olive oil
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 20 g black olives
- 20 g capers
- 50 g ventresca tuna
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
METHOD
Heat a bit of butter or extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, place the gnocchi in the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stir from time to time to obtain a uniform golden crust. Meanwhile, place all the ingredients in a bowl, add the gnocchi and season with salt and oil to taste.
