Tomato and mozzarella gnocchi with basil pesto and burrata

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Tomato and Mozzarella gnocchi
- 1 pack Rana fresh basil pesto
- 200 g Burrata
- Extravirgin olive oil
METHOD
Heat a bit of butter or extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, place the gnocchi in the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stir from time to time to obtain a uniform golden crust. Meanwhile, pour the pesto sauce and the burrata cream into two small bowls so that each guest can enjoy to taste.
